Main purpose of the position:
Operationally responsible for structuring labeling files online and in document vault at San Antonio Innovation Center.
Support Technical Writers and Labeling Specialist in daily labeling development activities.
Gather Labeling Copy Approvals documents from project and confirming their online status.
File copies of the approval document at local vault.
Collaborate with file vault supplier to permanently store applicable files.
Participate in creation of a file storage plan with Technical Publication team.
Support the processing of Labeling Copy Approvals and editing were needed.
Support the Language Translation Transmittals activities for ongoing projects.
Check labeling drawings and file according to quality guidelines.
Upload manuals to global online file library.
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of the daily work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Ongoing college degree with possible major in English, Technical Writing, Library Science or Business Administration with a concentration in Quality or Regularity.
Software application experience: MS Office
Preferably Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat experience is positive but not required.
Service minded, self-starter and detailed oriented.
Basic knowledge in Design Concepts (data engineering)
Can accurately interpret instructions and act upon them with little to no direct supervision
Collaborative approach and willing to bring forward ideas for better solutions in the daily work.
