The Portland Cement Association (PCA), founded in 1916, is the premier policy, research, education, and market intelligence organization serving America’s cement manufacturers. PCA members represent 92 percent of US cement production capacity and have facilities in all 50 states. The Association promotes safety, sustainability, and innovation in all aspects of construction, fosters continuous improvement in cement manufacturing and distribution, and generally promotes economic growth and sound infrastructure investment. Portland Cement Association’s Library offers a variety of information services to PCA Members, related industry groups, and others seeking information on all aspect of cement and concrete. The Library holds one of the world’s largest collections of information on cement and concrete, more than 100,000 materials. Founded in 1938, the Library maintains and continually updates its collection with important material on cement chemistry, concrete technologies, manufacturing process, environmental technologies, and health and safety issues related to the industry.
