Description:

As a CRM Database Support intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the Customer Solutions team by executing projects and/or tasks to support our contact center, Information Systems, and Product team members. This will give you a better understanding of each of these key roles within DFC and how the collaboration between them is crucial to the successful execution of our consumer support model.

Ensuring articles being entered into Salesforce Knowledge is compatible with the process we’ve developed
Correcting articles (such as grammar, missing links, change format, add pictures)
Run reporting to show progress of project
Present progress in weekly team meeting
Complete accurate transfer of articles and resources
Complete accuracy and tagging of articles
Convert files to usable format – pdf, link to YouTube channel
Testing of usability at all user levels
Visit vendor sites for investigation of the use of existing knowledge bases and potential Salesforce Knowledge roadblocks
Work closely with Product Supervisor, Customer Relationship Specialist, and Business Analyst to ensure successful completion of Salesforce Knowledge implementation
Scanning paper mail into Salesforce Cases
Other tasks and projects as directed

Education and Experience/Skills:
The ideal candidate is working on a bachelor degree in Information Systems or Library Science, preferably a Sophomore or Junior. Proficiency in information systems, project management, database administration, keen attention to detail (especially grammar), and ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong communication, time management, organizational, and data management skills are required. Looking for someone who is self-motivated and highly collaborative in a team environment
